The 2nd hour hand in black colour operates through the quick-set pushers at 8 and 10 o’clock position. Original black crocodile strap is used, with an original Patek Philippe 18KYG pin buckle. The watch is in very good condition with some minor signs of usage. Comes with a PP travel leather pouch, a service paper issued by Patek Japan in 2022/7.
